For vehicles with a Dutch license plate and a valid APK (roadworthiness test) we can arrange a transit license plate at our office: * Valid for 14 days * Cost: €150 (for vehicles up to 3500 kg) For intra-community deliveries we require at least the following documents: * A recent Chamber of Commerce (KvK) extract of your company * A valid EU VAT number * A copy of a valid identification document of the business owner * Full payment (100%) from the company's bank account * For VAT-liable vehicles exported outside the EU a deposit of 20% of the total invoice amount applies. Once we receive the customs document (EXa) from you and can verify that the vehicle has left the EU the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible.  We do not accept cash payments.
