Additional Terms and Conditions for the Sale of a Damaged Vehicle

No warranty or guarantee of any kind is provided or accepted in respect of this damaged vehicle. This applies to both private and business buyers. The vehicle is sold in its current condition (“as is”). Any existing and/or future visible or hidden defects are entirely at the buyer’s risk.

Although we make every effort to provide you with information that is as accurate and complete as possible regarding the condition, version, options, damage and specifications of the vehicle, the actual version, options or other information may differ from what has been stated. No rights may be derived from any information provided, advertisements, photographs, descriptions or verbal statements.

The seller describes the damage and known defects to the best of its knowledge but cannot guarantee that all damage or technical defects are known or visible prior to the sale.

We expressly advise and offer every buyer the opportunity to inspect the vehicle personally prior to purchase and/or to have it inspected by a qualified independent third party.

Errors in writing, typing and text are reserved.

Vehicles may only be reserved after receipt of a deposit. Vehicles will not be reserved without a deposit.

Payment for vehicles must be made exclusively by bank transfer or by another electronic payment method approved by the seller. Cash payments are not accepted.

Although we make every effort to provide you with accurate information, the actual version or specification of the vehicle may differ from what has been stated. No rights may be derived from the information presented. For this reason, you are always welcome to inspect the vehicle yourself prior to purchase. Errors in writing and text are reserved. Vehicles cannot be reserved without a deposit.
